Sensory analysis is still under discussion.
Proposed more than 20 years ago in our business, sensory analysis has had various fortunes. Sometimes very used, it gradually integrated the development of cosmetic products with more or less success. If some laboratories use it successfully, it often gives rise to more intellectual than practical interest. Many books and publications are or have been regularly updated. More recently, this theme has been resumed.
A specialist’s point of view on these issues may help you to get an opinion. Michelle Vincent led for many years a sensory evaluation unit before completing her expertise with other aspects allowing her to have a global vision of these questions.
Thanks to her.
